1. The School reserves the right to refuse or dismiss any student whose attitude or conduct is considered unsatisfactory.

2. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property nor for any injury sustained, fatal or otherwise, on or off the premises.

3. Course fees can only be refunded (less the deposit) if notice of cancellation is given in writing at least three weeks prior to the course commencement date. Students are advised to insure against last-minute cancellation

4. Any damage to property (school or accommodation) or equipment caused by the student must be paid for before the course is completed.

5. Students are expected to attend all lessons + activities (where applicable). Any student who wishes to be absent must have a valid reason and inform the school beforehand.

6. Youth Package students wishing to be absent from activities need permission from their group leader or their parents.

7. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all students.

8. Any student wishing to extend his/her passport or visa for reasons of further study at the school may do so through the school.

9. The English Study Centre has no responsibility for students after they have been dismissed from lessons or afternoon activities.

COURSE DEPOSIT

When you book your course we require £50 deposit. This is non-refundable but will be deducted from your course fee.

REGISTRATION

Please send a completed application form with your deposit of £50. We will then reserve a place for you and accommodation as required. The deposit must reach us at least two weeks before the start of the course, the balance being due on or by commencement of course.
